RAVYX is engineered to maintain a clean, low-profile contact surface that preserves the acoustic seal on all major earmuff brands — including Peltor, Howard Leight, MSA Sordin, Walker's, and all standard over-ear hearing protection. The compression fit sits flush against the skull without adding bulk between the earmuff cup and your head.
Yes. RAVYX functions as a standalone performance skullcap for any activity requiring a close-fit, low-profile head layer. The moisture-wicking and breathable mesh system performs equally well during general athletic training, outdoor activities, or anywhere you'd wear a performance beanie.
The initial production run uses a universal athletic-compression fit designed to accommodate most adult head sizes. The nylon/spandex blend provides a secure, anatomic feel without pressure points. Extended sizing options will be introduced in subsequent runs based on customer feedback from the first production cycle.
RAVYX is constructed from a premium nylon/spandex blend outer shell with integrated EVA foam support zones at the temple and side-head areas. The interior features a full breathable mesh liner and all seams use precision flat-lock construction throughout to eliminate ridge friction against the scalp.
The initial production model features permanently integrated foam zones optimized for the current design geometry. A modular insert system with removable and field-replaceable EVA pads is in development for the next production run — allowing customization of cushioning depth and zone coverage based on earmuff type and personal preference.
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, with similar colors. Do not use bleach or fabric softener — both degrade the moisture-wicking performance coating. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or apply direct heat. The EVA foam zones are water-resistant and maintain their shape and cushioning characteristics through normal wash cycles.

Shipping & Fulfillment.
Orders placed now are held and processed when the first production run is complete. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. A second notification with tracking number is sent as soon as your unit is dispatched. Estimated fulfillment timeline is available at checkout.
The first production run is expected to ship Q1 2026. Pre-orders are fulfilled in the sequence they were placed. You'll receive a shipping notification with full tracking information before your unit leaves the warehouse. We don't hold payments without communication — you'll be updated if anything changes.
The first production run ships within the United States only. International shipping is planned for subsequent runs as logistics are established. If you're outside the US and want to be notified when international shipping opens, contact us through the contact page and we'll add you to the list.
Pre-order cancellations are accepted in full at any time before the shipping notification is sent. Contact us at the email address in your order confirmation and we'll process a full refund within 5 business days. Once a shipping notification has been sent, the standard return policy applies.
We stand behind every unit. If you're not satisfied with your RAVYX for any reason within 30 days of receipt, contact us for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked. Returned items must be in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are covered by RAVYX on the first unit per order.
